Product Description

    The aerator is free standing on the bottom of the basin and hence can be installed without emptying the basin. The aerator is characterised by a very low noise level and no aerosol formation. The aeration produces fine bubbles and the oxygen transfer factor is high.
   The water/air mixture is compressed into the expulsion channels, which are extended and shaped in order to increase the contact time between air and water and the working area.

It can be powered by: atmospheric air; pure oxygen enriched air; pure oxygen alone and by other gaseous and liquid substances and do not necessitate the installation of complicated air diffusion systems.

The aerator's submerged motor activates an impeller and the rotation of the impeller creates a void in the impeller's compartments thus allowing aspiration of air from a special aspiration chamber.

 

The structure of QXB submersible aerator is directly connected (Fig.A),the rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force in the water, and a negative pressure zone is formed around the impeller through the centrifugal force, so air is sucked in through the intake pipe, the sucked air and water are mixed in the aeration housing, and then this good uniform mixture is automatically discharged from the discharge port .
